Middle Georgia is often referred to as, “the heart” of Georgia due to its location being in the geographic center of the state. It is also deep within the Bible Belt, a region of the Southern United States in which Christianity plays a strong role in society and politics and church, and attendance is higher than the national average. Yep, put yourself almost anywhere in Middle Georgia and you’re probably in close range to hearing hymns and worship and an amen. There are churches everywhere! This fall season, Middle Georgia’s churches are once again getting decorative and festive with Trunk or Treats, Fall Festivals, and Harvest Celebrations. These are wonderful events for family, friends and community to gather together in fellowship, fun, and faith to celebrate and show God thanks for the fall season.
